“Cindy is an extremely skilled and confident communication professional. Her warm natured, team spirited and collaborative work ethic is a quality I will always respect. Cindy is able to work toward strict time frames and delivers constantly high quality work.”

"
Cindy has consistently demonstrated the ability to work with great creativity and enthusiasm.  When teamed with others to work on projects she excelled in each of the delegated areas.  Her interpersonal skills were excellent and others have commented on their pleasure in working with her.  Cynthia gets along well with everyone, even with difficult and challenging attendees.   Because of the multi-cultural nature of our training programs I am particularly attentive to how rapport is maintained between participants and I have the highest regard for her rapport and sensitivity to other needs.

Cindy is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits.  She has successfully demonstrated leadership ability when coaching with her fellow students.  Her questions and insightful inquiries demonstrate her attentiveness to the detail the training requires.  It is for these reasons that I offer the highest recommendations for Cindy without reservation.  Her drive and abilities will truly be an asset to any company."

"Cindy has made many contributions to the life of the Preschool, the most recent being an activity around healthy eating.  She worked with the staff and children as a mini team.  She went to a great deal of effort to write feedback about this activity as it was part of a plan for children to eat more fruit and vegetables.  Her written feedback was a contribution to our ongoing evaluation of this project and it was obvious to me Cindy understood the cycle of planning, observing, and evaluating"
